THE NORCLIFFE FOUNDATION 
is a private family foundation in Washington State.

Established in Seattle

Paul Pigott established The Norcliffe Foundation in 1952. After his death, his wife, Theiline Pigott McCone, led the foundation for decades. Succeeding generations of the family continue the legacy today. ​
Who we fund
Applications are accepted from nonprofit organizations with tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that operate in the Puget Sound Region of Washington State.

Our ​Mission

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all people in our community.
What we fund
A variety of program areas are supported including human services, healthcare, civic and community projects, education, and arts and culture.
